YMCA Yoga Holiday to Sri Lanka

In April 22 the Health & Wellbeing team ran our second yoga holiday in Sri Lanka staying in Hikkaduwa with members and friends Glenda and Peter Botes who run a boutique hotel there.

In total 21 people went on the trip and enjoyed 7 days of sunshine and yoga – with daily classes morning and evening. Daytimes were free to explore other activities and the group split off and went on a host... Read more

New Glastonbury project coming together

Lots of work has been going on at our new Glastonbury supported housing project as we start to get it ready for opening and welcoming in our first young people.
