Supported Housing

We offer supported housing to young people aged 16 – 25 years and beyond through a range of projects in different geographical locations.

Platform for Life

We have 4 houses in B&NES for 18 – 25 year olds in education, training or employment. We offer you a room of your own and shared facilities. Staff are available to help support you in this transition to independent living.

Nightstop

Supporting young 16 – 25 year olds in need of emergency accommodation with a safe place to stay in host houses. We also offer a Daystop support service at our main YMCA Bath site for young people who need help and guidance or just a chat and cup of tea – open during office hours.

16+

Our 16+ program provides housing support for young people aged 16-25 with various support levels. Our 16+ houses are Ofsted registered and staffed 24/7, offering young people support to develop important life skills and prepare for independent living. We also help them access training, education, employment and social & leisure opportunities.

25 Years +

We have accommodation, such as an 8 bed supported housing project in Wells for people over the age of 25 years who find themselves homeless. This accommodation offers a home and support needed to help a person get back on their feet and access opportunities for building a better future and securing a tenancy.
