South Somerset is home to more of our Youth Work and Supported Housing projects.
Supported Housing:
Christopher House & Hillside House
We offer accommodation for those aged 16+ through our Thrive 16+ service who find themselves homeless and in need of support.
Dispersed Properties:
These properties are supported accommodation within the community which offer supported accommodation to those with lower support needs.
Youth Work
Our youth work welcomes anyone aged between 10 and 19 years (up to 25 years old with Special Educational Needs); some of these young people can be vulnerable and/or have additional needs. We provide safe environments where every young person’s view is considered. In South Somerset we provide youth clubs in a range of locations as well as a Young Carers program.
