What Does the Job Entail?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Worker to join our team in Frome. Your role will be to create a safe and welcoming environment for young people aged 10-19, providing them with valuable opportunities for informal learning and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a range of engaging activities for young people, tailored to their needs.
- Foster an environment where young people feel safe, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
- Evaluate the impact of your work and continuously improve the services we offer.
Requirements:
- A Level 2 qualification in youth work (or equivalent) or relevant experience in youth work.
- A passion for supporting young people and helping them navigate challenges.

Hours: 3 hrs per week term time only. (Wednesday evenings)
Contract Type: Fixed term until March, 2026 (extension subject to funding)
