Staff induction day!

Today we hosted our first in person staff induction day since Covid.
Seventeen staff came together to learn about the YMCA past and present and the size and scale of the work our own YMCA does over 56 sites.
We explored the values of the organisation and spent time thinking about how these are manifested through our work. Everyone received a vision and values pack to take away with them. Feedback was amazing, for example: “It really did make me feel like I am a part of something really special. The YMCA clearly has its own pot of magic that you spread around in so many different ways, it’s just great!”
We will be running inductions throughout the year (every 6-8 weeks) to ensure all staff can take part at some point.
