New classes added to Health & Wellbeing timetable

The YMCA Health & Wellbeing centre in Bath has started the New Year by adding even more exciting classes to their already fabulous timetable.

New classes include: body conditioning, new indoor cycling classes, power yoga, yogalates (a fusion of yoga and Pilates) and new teachers for circuits! The Tuesday morning 11am Yoga for all class has now become a community class giving free access to everyone with the invitation to give a donation if able.

Sarah will be taking the class and she is a highly experienced yoga teacher and will be offering a class that is gentle and welcoming to all levels and experience of yoga – so it is totally suitable for new to yoga folk too!
