A significant element of a successful supported housing service is the ability of the staff team to build positive, professional, warm and stable relationships with the young people they are working with. YMCA Brunel Group build those relationships incredibly well, with managers who are supportive role models for the staff team and staff who are, in turn, positive role models for the resident group. Their commitment – and their willingness to go above and beyond to enable young people to thrive 0 is much appreciated. It is clearly a fun and rewarding place to work and, every day, they make a difference to the lives of young people.
