YMCA Brunel Group works with people from birth through to adulthood – supporting individuals and families to flourish and reach their true potential. We are proud to have a group of nine nurseries and preschools and three Out of School Clubs in our area.

What does the job entail?

You will be supporting the Nursery Manager to lead and inspire the provision of a child centred nursery environment in which children up to five years old are cared for in a safe, nurturing and stimulating way that encourages individual development within a group setting. You will also assist the Nursery Manager in monitoring and evaluation of the performance of the nursery and to plan for its development and improved performance.
